This project is an unusal cooperation between a guitarist of a legendary cold-wave band Variete (operating since the 80s) and an ascendent female poet Karolina Sałdecka. Extraordinary fusion of worlds made it possible to cause a new one - the poems from Sałdecka's newest book were deconstructed and snatched into by Maciejewski. His instrumental, mantraesque tendencies were fuilfilled with verbal content: the voices of Sałdecka and Chmara gave birth to this semi-audio drama and spoken word album.

Ja, Hoo Doo was originally published on a forgotten medium, a vinyl postcard, which was sold out by the label within days in early 2020. There are no plans of a reprint in this form.

All tracks that were created within this collaboration are now published on Bandcamp.
